Process:

  1. Each player is responsible for filling out and submitting the form below at the end of day each Sunday.

  2. Use the drop down menus to select the player and week you are reporting to.

  3. Enter the number in minutes you performed each workout for the week (Monday through Sunday).

    Example: If you hit 3 days for 25 minutes each, then enter 75 in the field.
     

  4. If you didn't perform a workout then leave the field blank.

  5. Please indicate the type of workout you had in the indicated method fields.

          Example: For the hitting method field type in the type of training you did that week.
